If you write to VICEROY through the contact form, we process your name, your email address, your organisation if you give it, the topic you choose and your message, in order to answer your enquiry. The form is handled by our hosting provider, Netlify, which screens submissions for spam and forwards each message by email to the members of the VICEROY team: Jorge de Luis Sierra, Markus Stephan and Andy Charlton. The same applies if you write to us by email.
Netlify, Inc. processes this data on our behalf under a data processing agreement. Data may be processed in the United States, on the basis of the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and, as a fallback, the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Messages are kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry, unless statutory retention periods apply.

4. Fonts, scripts and media
The typefaces, scripts, images, music and the video loop of the opening screen are served from this website's own server. No data is transmitted to Google or to other font or content delivery services when the pages load.
The film is the exception. It is streamed from Cloudflare Stream, the video delivery service of Cloudflare, Inc., and only once you press play. To deliver it in a quality suited to your connection, Cloudflare processes your IP address and technical data about your device and connection. The film plays in this website's own player. Processing is based on a legitimate interest in showing the film reliably and in good quality.
